Registration Conditions

Online registration was accepted up to May 9th, 2008. Majestic Palace Hotel auditorium capacity is limited to 400 people. Therefore, to ensure a comfortable environment to XIII ISFNF attendees previously registered, we will only accept registration on site if auditorium capacity is not reached.

Registration fee

Registration fees cover the admission to all scientific sections, welcome cocktail, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet dinner. For the accompanying person, fees cover admission to the welcome cocktail and banquet dinner (lunch tickets can be bought on a daily basis). Payment options: Visa, American Express, money order or “boleto bancário” (within Brazil only) are accepted.

Important information
• Prices are in Brazilian currency (R$ = Real), which corresponds approximately to €$ 0,39.
• Additional R$ 256,00 (€$ 100,00) will be charged for onsite registration for all categories.
• Brazilian professionals which are AQUABIO affiliates, are eligible for R$ 256,00 discount.

Important information for students
• University’s affidavit on academic status as student should be faxed to + 55 48 3322-1021, + 55 48 3222-3985 or sent as an e-mail attachment (pdf file preferred) to registration@isfnf2008.com.br
• Students can also apply for the XIII ISFNF Student Travel Award. See abstract guidelines for details.
• Students registered in Latin American, Asian or African universities qualify for a discount of R$ 256,00 (€$ 100,00).

Registration fee payment

Access your restricted area for registration fee payment by typing your login and password at the site headline. Then click the “Payment” tab at the left side menu to proceed with payment. Payment options: Visa, American Express, money order or “boleto bancário” (within Brazil only) are accepted.
